Panfrutto® is made after the research of natural fruit and high-quality ingredients, which are then kneaded with a special technique. After taking care of every single step of the process and 48 hours of natural leavening our dessert is ready.

type “00” wheat flour from 100% Tuscan grains, butter, sugar, water, egg yolk, SOURDOUGH (type “00” soft wheat flour, Italian Acacia honey, orange paste, (glucose syrup, fructose, sugar), strawberry, glucose-fructose syrup, sucrose. Acidifier: citric acid E330, Preservative: Potassium sorbate E202), salt.
