CASTAGNOLI ARE A REGISTERED TRADEMARK OF CIOLINI
HISTORY: “Castagnoli” were created after the request of the local governments to promote the local chestnut flour. They have been reviewed multiple times on different magazines as one of the delights of our bakery and they have been presented by the region of Tuscany in several exhibitions as one of the top products of the region itself. In 2007 they have won the “best chestnut flour biscuit” national prize.
INGREDIENTS:
Eggs, granulated sugar, extra virgin olive oil, UHT whole milk, type 0 wheat flour, chestnut flour (12.42%), peeled almond flour, pine nuts, raising agents disodium diphosphate E405i and sodium hydrogen carbonate E500ii, starch, salt.
