HISTORY: 19 years after our Panfrutto® was born, we felt like it was the moment to create something new without disrupting the traditional recipe.
We immediately thought about covering the original Panfrutto® with chocolate, but we soon realized that adding top quality chocolate to such a soft and delicate dough was not that easy.
In 2019, after years of research and tests and after visiting the Perugina® laboratory, where we were thought a few tricks, we were finally able to choose the famous Italian top quality chocolate LUISA®. This is how Panfrutto® al Cioccolato Ciolini, with raspberries and strawberries was created; by adding the unique flavour of LUISA® chocolate, without losing its original and delicate taste.
A small tip: sprinkle with powdered sugar and cut it with a bread knife.
Note that this is an ARTISANAL product, without preservatives or flavourings, and must therefore be consumed within a few days once opened.

type “00” wheat flour from 100% Tuscan grains, 20% strawberries and raspberries (strawberries, sugar, water, flavourings, acidifier: citric acid), butter, sugar, water, egg yolk, SOURDOUGH (type “00” soft wheat flour, dark chocolate cream (55% chocolate (powdered low fat cocoa, sugar, cocoa butter, cocoa paste, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin) vegetable fat (palm, rapeseed in varying proportions), sugar, chocolate chips, Italian Acacia honey, orange paste (glucose syrup, fructose, sugar), salt.
