HISTORY: our traditional fig biscuits are linked to our territory and very much loved by our costumers. These soft and delicious biscuits are made with unique Tuscan dried figs and with some sweet fig jam.
INGREDIENTS:
Type “0” soft wheat flour from 100% Tuscan grains, figs (25.34%), granulated sugar, EGGS, diced figs 8x10, BUTTER (5.15%), corn starch, PASTEURIZED EGG YOLK, inverted sugar syrup, raising agents disodium diphosphate E405i and sodium hydrogen carbonate E500ii, starch, grated lemon zest, SALT.
