HISTORY: The “cantuccio” is one of the best-known Italian biscuits and the typical crunchy texture is given by the almonds and pine nuts, main ingredients of the original recipe. Perfect at any time of the day; they are to die for if dipped in Vin Santo (a traditional sweet Tuscan wine).
INGREDIENTS:
Type “0” soft wheat flour from 100% Tuscan grains, granulated sugar, peeled almonds, eggs, pine nuts, raising agents disodium diphosphate E405i and sodium hydrogen carbonate E500ii, salt.
